State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (SIPARD) is the apex State Training Institute of Tripura. The objective of SIPARD is to provide quality training, research and consultancy to improve efficiency and effectiveness in administration. The Institute is striving towards greater heights in achieving this milestone with a great sense of satisfaction & fulfillment.
SIPARD has upgraded different core courses, amenities / facilities and as a result of which SIPARD has conducted highest number of training courses during last 20 years. I strongly believed SIPARD will grow in pursuit of higher standards of imparting training programme.
I extend my warmest wishes to all members of the Institute & also appreciate feedback from all concerned. I am sure that it will continue to maintain its excellence for developing the workforce of the State. I strongly feel that the new website will go a long way not only for providing information, but also in placing a single window for all the training related services offered by the Institute.
